Enter the email address on the account. If it matches one, we send a link that issues a replacement key.
We cannot show you the old key. Keys are stored only as a one-way hash, so nobody here can read one back — that is deliberate, and it is why a database leak could not be replayed against your account. Recovery issues a new key on the same account: same plan, same renders used, same billing period. The old key stops working at that moment.
